SHIPPING POLICY
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Our shipping rates are set at 20$ for all orders made in Canada.
Delivery is free for all orders of $500 and more (before taxes and after discounts).
For all orders in the United States, shipping is $25 for orders of $99.99 and less or
free for orders of $5000 or more before taxes.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Your order will leave the Lune Noire warehouse within 5-7 business
days following your purchase.
Thereafter, your package will also arrive at your home in 2-3 business days* for delivery anywhere in Quebec and Ontario, depending on your area.
For delivery to national destinations (rest of Canada), delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
For orders to the United States, delivery time is 10 business days.
When your order leaves Lune Noire warehouse - you will receive an email with your tracking number in order to track your package (this number will be active 24 to 48 hours after you receive it).
*Please note that there may be a slightly longer delivery time in strong periods such as sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day) + during the holiday season.
Due to the various strikes/pressures by the postal services, delays may also be longer.
MY PARCEL SEEMS TO BE LOST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can contact us with your tracking number.
We will be able to tell you exactly where your package is.
ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS REFUNDABLE?
All delivery charges, including returns, are non-refundable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will reprint the order or issue a credit. Customer must notify us within 10 business days of receiving order to notify us of any defects discovered in the ordered product failing which Customer is deemed satisfied with the product. We may occasionally request that we pick up the printed material prior to issuing the reprint, credit, or refund.
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. Lune Noire is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB or spot colors to CMYK color modes. All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode. Lune Noire is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.
